Location: Blackpool (office is located 2 minutes’ walk from Layton train station)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 per week. Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending on relevant experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Customer On-boarding Executive to join our team.
As a Customer On-boarding Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a smooth and positive on-boarding experience. If successful, you will be responsible for onboarding all new customers into our business, from logging applicants into our internal database, capturing personal information securely and accurately, to conducting outbound calls to source any require documentation or support our customers with any questions they might have about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Processing the on-boarding of new customer, taking ownership for sourcing, and processing all identification documents required.
• Highest standards of data entry accuracy and maintenance of customer records.
• Monitoring and managing multiple inboxes to ensure all communications are owned through to completion within a timely manner.
• Ensure that accurate records are maintained for all contracts and employees including the creation / chasing of emails / letters and scanning of contracts or other relevant documents onto the in-house database.
• Providing telephone support for all incoming calls and ensuring these calls are dealt with to the highest level of integrity and support to our customers.
• Inbound and outbound service support to employees (written and verbal)
• Working across teams, and multi skilling where necessary to assist with business needs.
• Managing complaints where necessary, driving positive outcomes, and sharing best practice to mitigate future re-occurrence.
• Using your initiative to pro-actively manage our customer requirements.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
• A fast learner who can quickly grasp and understand technical concepts and product details.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, fun, and outgoing personality that shines through in customer interactions.
