A care home group based in Kingston are looking for an experienced and organised Customer Service Executive to join their growing team.
The client is looking for someone who can oversee three people in the office and run one care home.
The main purpose of a Customer Relations Manager role is to:
- To do P&L’s for the care homes
- Diary management
- Travel to a few other care homes within the area.
- To look after 3 people within the team.
- Overall responsibility for the sale of self-funding beds to ensure occupancy targets are achieved within the home
- To create community engagement within the home through local schools, businesses, charities and other organisations
- To promote Google reviews within the home, to maintain the profiles and to contact families and friends directly to encourage reviews
- To lead on key regular marketing events within the home and promote this on social and local media
- To ensure all associated administration duties are carried out effectively and in a timely manner
- To record and account for all petty cash expenditure
- Update and set up new customer and supplier accounts in Sage
- To do month end reports
Customer Relations Manager Specification:
- A good knowledge of SAGE is needed for the role
- Excellent IT skills and computer literacy (Microsoft Office/ Excel/ Databases)
- Reliable, self-motivated and can work as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy and organisation
- Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Quickly adapt to new techniques, processes, technology and other ways of working
