Your role
At Sytner Leicester we are passionate about creating that "Getting it right first time" experience for our colleagues and customers and the Customer Experience Manager will play a vital part in supporting the delivery of this.
A positive, enthusiastic, accountable individual who can manage the customer experience in both Sales and Aftersales, working closely with managers to ensure an amazing experience every time. The Customer Experience Manager will also coach, inspire, and develop our teams, to deliver an exceptional customer experience to all our customers.
Your profile
We are looking for an individual with a strong customer service background with excellent leadership skills, a natural affinity in coaching and the ability to work in a high pressured environment. You must be passionate about delivering first class customer service and have a proven track record to show this.
