The responsibility of this role includes;
- Seeking new customers and opportunities.
- Attending sites and large projects to gain customer feedback, ensure all of the equipment is meeting their needs.
- Check general conditions of the machinery on site to make sure the operator is maintaining it to our high standards.
- Build relations with the client.
- Act as a relief operator on the event of an operator no show to a site in your area. (CPCS required)
- Attend relevant site meetings as required and relay and relevant information back to the operators and to head office.
Skills that will help the applicant
- Must be computer literate (Excel, word, outlook)
- Good communication skills with the team, customers and suppliers.
- Previous experience of plant hire will be required and operated plant experience would be advantageous.
- The applicant should have a positive outlook and be forward thinking.
- Full UK Driving licence
- CPCS qualification. (360 excavator most advantageous)
- Ability to manage own diary and book appointments.
