Job description

Staffpower Group are delighted to be working with our client who are seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join their team.

Job Purpose

  • To provide exceptional customer service relations and support to existing clients, maintaining positive relationships with valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your designated customers.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Actively assisting the Sales team with existing clients to generate new business
  • Strong telephone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Generate new sales leads
  • Maintain customer records and update information as required
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via telephone and email
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about the clients products and services
  • Update and maintain Social Media Platforms
  • Provide weekly customer feedback report
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Conduct data entry tasks to update customer profiles and records
  • To ensure that all customer queries are dealt with in customer defined timescales
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
  • You will work closely with all internal departments to ensure customer requirements are achieved in a timely manner
  • Participation in meetings as required

Core & Advanced Skills:

IT Skills - Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word)

Communication Skills - Written - You should be able to provide accurate information in a presentable and understandable format

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Communication Skills - Verbal - You are expected to build and maintain good working relationships with existing and new customers

Motivation and assertiveness will be a key part of your role

Proficient in data entry and computer skills

Health & Safety - You require a good working knowledge of health and safety in the workplace.

Communication and working relationships

You will report directly to the HR Manager/Sales team

For all other working relationships, please refer to organisation chart

You would be expected to build effective working relationships with staff at all levels and communicate information clearly and accurately.

You must always determine and maintain confidentiality.
