Staffpower Group are delighted to be working with our client who are seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join their team.
Job Purpose
- To provide exceptional customer service relations and support to existing clients, maintaining positive relationships with valued customers.
Responsibilities:
Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your designated customers.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Actively assisting the Sales team with existing clients to generate new business
- Strong telephone etiquette and active listening skills
- Generate new sales leads
- Maintain customer records and update information as required
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via telephone and email
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the clients products and services
- Update and maintain Social Media Platforms
- Provide weekly customer feedback report
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Conduct data entry tasks to update customer profiles and records
- To ensure that all customer queries are dealt with in customer defined timescales
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- You will work closely with all internal departments to ensure customer requirements are achieved in a timely manner
- Participation in meetings as required

IT Skills - Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
Communication Skills - Written - You should be able to provide accurate information in a presentable and understandable format
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Motivation and assertiveness will be a key part of your role
Proficient in data entry and computer skills

You will report directly to the HR Manager/Sales team

You would be expected to build effective working relationships with staff at all levels and communicate information clearly and accurately.
You must always determine and maintain confidentiality.
