We are seeking a Customer relationship Executive to join our sales team.

Reporting to : Sales Director

Job Description:

-Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

-Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

-Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

-Up-sell/cross-sell/intro new products and promotions through visits, calls and emails.

-Liaise with the marketing team to plan promotions and marketing activities.

-Act as a bridge between our marketing team, line manager and the customer.

-Ensure all bestselling SKU’s are stocked with the distributors.

Role requirements:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience is sales/ Customer Relationship.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ready to travel cross the UK.

- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.

- A team player with leadership skills.

- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
