SalaryOur client a leading and established property management company in Scotland, are currently seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join their head office in Glasgow due to continued growth. You will be responsible for building Customer Relationships by understanding customer needs and finding constructive solutions to meet these, managing customer complaints and resolving customer issues.
It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has a background or understanding of communal property management and previous experience in a customer service role, with a focus on complaint handling. This opportunity will be a crucial role within the business and in return offers a great package and progression within the company.
Customer Relationship Manager Position Overview
- Job Type: Permanent
- Job Location: Glasgow
- Salary - £28k to £32k - Could be higher for the right candidate
- Working Hours: 35 hours Monday to Friday
- Start Date: ASAP - Happy to wait for notice periods
Customer Relationship Manager Position Requirements
- Must have experience in a similar role
- Based within commuting distance or Glasgow
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- ICM desirable.
- IRPM desirable.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: £30,000 - £32,000
