Davies Turner has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Traineeto join our Trainee within our Road Import team based in Coleshill.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (09 30)

Customer Relationship Trainee The Role:

This opportunity is an ideal first step on the career ladder. Our Customer Relationship Trainee role will provide you with an opportunity to join a fantastic Road Import Team who will support and train you to potentially progress within the business.

Your days will be varied - you will be arranging and processing import bookings, including customs clearance and delivery, issuing quotations and invoices. You will build and develop relationships with customers and overseas partners to understand their needs and

requirements, keeping them updated on shipment status and resolving any issues.

No experience necessary as full training will be given but you need to be interested in working in a fast paced office environment.

Customer Relationship TraineeYou:

To excel in this role, you will need to have:

- Excellent communication skills dealing with customers, keeping them updated, solving problems and able to work under pressure

- Attention to detail, adaptable and willing to learn

- Commercial awareness with good negotiation skills

- A team player keen to play a part in the success of the department

- Excellent IT skills

- Interested in logistics/movement of freight

In addition, you will need the right to work in the UK we can t sponsor work permits.
