The role:

What you’ll do…

• You will be responsible for takings calls from current members who want to discuss their membership or are looking to renew their cover.
• You will operate in our client’s fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer-focused solutions at all times, taking ownership of finding a resolution, including 'complex’ customer service requests.
• Promoting our client’s products and services identifying the customers’ needs and recommending specific products where needed.
• Recording member's data and requests in an accurate manner and using our client’s system

The candidate:

What you’ll need…

• Ideally you will have previous experience working within a sales and service focused role or be a confident communicator, can show empathy, with a customer centric approach at all times.
• You must be able to build rapport with our client's members, in an outgoing, confident and engaging manner.
• Our client is looking for motivated individuals that are keen to learn new skills and systems, to enable them to be effective handling of all customer requests.
• You will need to have the capability to taking ownership of each situation, striving to find a final resolution, including 'complex’ customer service requests.
• Will be self-motivated, target driven and passionate about finding the right outcomes for customers.

Job title:Customer Renewals Advisor

Location: Bristol (BS32)

Working hours: Full-time, permanent based on 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday every week (between the hours of 08:00-19:00) with an alternate Saturday OR Sunday shift (09:00 - 17:00), of which you will get a day off in the week.

Salary: £25,585 with an OTE of up to £32,000
