Job Description
- Inspire innovation to the Customer experience. You will be responsible for identifying consumer trends, and unmet needs for multiple markets
- Lead & deliver in-house qualitative & quantitative research studies
- Brief & project manage research conducted through third parties
- Design and socialise deliverables to communicate key findings
- Present research recommendations to Senior Leadership
- Build and maintain strong & cooperative relationships with National Research Teams
- Proactively identify opportunities to add additional value through Consumer Research
The Successful Applicant
- As a Research Analyst you will have experience in planning, designing & executing quantitative research studies
- The successful candidate will have experience in creating compelling insights to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to build strong working relationships, anticipate stakeholder needs & manage expectations
- High attention to detail & data accuracy
- Ability to ask the right questions and identify the most effective research methods to solve business problems
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritise conflicting requirements
- Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach
