This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your customer service career, working for this fantastic company within their Solihull office as part of their NEW resolutions team of eight people.
The salary for this position is £25,000 per annum and contains many benefits.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Resolutions Agent:
- Helping customers who have reported problems to the customer service team
- Supporting these customers through their journey to resolution
- Talking to and helping the customers by phone and email
- Talking to internal colleagues to make sure a solution is delivered within the expected time frames
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Resolutions Agent:
- You must have a common sense, organised approach and enjoy talking to and helping people
- No particular customer experience is required but you must have confident communication skills
- Good attention to detail is required
- You should have a professional manner as you will be speaking to both colleagues and customers
