Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic opportunity for a prestigious employer based in Epsom, who are seeking a Customer Retentions Executive to join their team. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Working as part of a team whose focus is on customer retention, this role will involve ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring that customers are offered a choice of options.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Managing and retaining a portfolio of customers who are at the end of their contracts
- Exploring products available to these customers to retain their custom
- Proactively contacting customers who have indicated that they wish to end their contracts
- Providing new quotations
- Liaising with third parties
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a proactive, customer focused role, ideally Sales or Retentions
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Target driven with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Highly motivated
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office suite
