We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction and assist with any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process customer transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From £24,445.03 per year
