SalaryWe are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve any issues they may have, and ensure their overall satisfaction.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Assist customers with product selection and make recommendations based on their needs
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £25,125.17 per year
