Are you passionate about Customer Satisfaction and experienced in driving success on an international scale? I am working with an international retail business who are actively seeking a seasoned Customer Satisfaction Manager to be based on site in Cambridgeshire4 out of 5 days, you will manage a small team of Executives, with a key eye for continuous improvement and process management.
To be successful in this role you will be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries through the website, email and social media channels.
- Develop and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Provide insights and feedback to improve the products and services based on customer experience
- Continuously reviewing systems and processes to further develop and improve
- Working proactively to deal with customer enquiries and be point of escalation.
- Manage a team to ensure correct KPI's are in place and achieved, feeding back to the founder on a regular basis to support continuous improvement
- Advanced experience as a Customer Satisfaction/Success Manager in a retail or consumer services background
- Strong understanding of the retail industry, market trends and customer behaviour
- An understanding of ecommerce partners and platforms used
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools
