Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds. - Strong phone etiquette and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred. - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations. - Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Multilingual abilities are a plus.
