Your Role and Responsibilities
As a pivotal member of our Customer Service team, you will harness your exceptional communication skills to:
Engage with Customers: Handle inquiries and resolve concerns via email, webchat, and phone with empathy and efficiency.
Support Our Dealers: Offer frontline technical support to our extensive Dealer Network.
Manage Accounts: Facilitate the setup of customer accounts and complete the auto-commissioning process.
Proactive Outreach: Make outbound calls for essential documentation, updates, or payment matters.
Subscription Management: Oversee the entire subscription lifecycle from unit sales to renewal payments.
Alert Response: Act promptly on system alerts, alarms, and vehicle theft incidents.
Performance Excellence: Strive to meet service level agreements and contribute to team and individual performance goals.
This position is based in our Kents Hill, Milton Keynes office, with a hybrid working option after the completion of training.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm.
What We Look For
Ideal candidates will possess:
Experience: At least one year in Customer Service, ideally with a record of handling phone, email, and preferably webchat interactions.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, a quick learner for new systems.
Customer Commitment: A passion for delivering outstanding service.
Self-Driven: The initiative to learn, take charge, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and multitasking skills, with a flexible approach to changing priorities.
Attention to Detail: Precision in literacy and numeracy tasks.
Team Player: A collaborative spirit to solve problems and reach common goals.
Desirable:
Prior experience in order processing, especially in technical services or provisioning, is an advantage, though we offer thorough training.
