Key Responsibilities:
- Elevate customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of orders.
- Take ownership of customer enquiries, efficiently resolving issues to enhance overall customer experience.
- Provide detailed product information, address technical queries, and guide customers through relevant procedures.
- Continuously build and deepen product knowledge through ongoing training opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with your assigned customer base, collaborating with external sales representatives to drive sales growth.
- Process orders within agreed service levels, maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
- Embrace additional duties as required, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telephone-based Customer Service or account management position.
