From the Leyland head office, this business deliver security and cleaning services to their valued customers. Recruiting for a Customer Service Account Manager for their hygiene and workwear division this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with over 20 years experience who are going through another exciting period of growth.
As Customer Service Account Manager your daily duties will include…
- Liaising with key customers (e.g., schools, universities) to process incoming orders
- Answering customer queries in relation to order deliveries, product information, quotations and order updates
- Speaking with customers on a daily basis via telephone, email and live chat
Salary, Hours & Benefits
- £25,000- £28,000 per annum (depending upon experience)
- Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week (8:30am – 5pm or 9am – 5:30pm)
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing after 12 months service)
