SalaryWe are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to work for a social housing provider, based in the Wolverhampton area.
The role will involve liaising with tenants, booking in surveyors to visit their properties, booking in the engineers and controlling the appointments and diary management, then any follow ups needed with paperwork and queries.
95% of the role will be office based the rest will be onsite if needed dealing with the tenants.
Monday - Friday 8am-4.30pm
