Customer Service Administrator - Full-Time - Contract - Hybrid

Pay rate: £14.00 per hour PAYE.
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Location: WFH/Tongwell when restrictions allow
Shift pattern: Rotating shifts; 1 week 09:00 - 17:30 and then 1 week 11:00 - 19:30
Your new role:
The purpose of this role is to contact existing customers whose contact is maturing within the next 6 months, with the view of booking an appointment with their local retailer for them to discuss their options and hopefully take out a new vehicle with us. This works out as approximately 80-100 calls a day (targeted) with a contact % target of 60% and conversion target of 40%. This role will consist primarily of making outbound calls to prospective customers who have received marketing information via email from MBC, with the purpose of converting it into a brochure or test drive. At times, it will also involve answering customer queries via our inbound phone line and through our LiveChat service.
