Main duties:
To provide excellent Customer Service and administrative support.
The Role:
- To monitor the group email address and forward enquiries on appropriately
- To process returns and refunds
- To assist with the preparation of documents and reports
- To monitor delivery and tracking information and keep the customer informed
- To assist with processing orders in the system
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in Customer Service – Desirable
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- IT literate
The Salary: up to £25,000 p.a.
