A lovely opportunity for someone with some previous office experience.

If you are looking for a busy varied role within a fast-moving skincare company. You will want to help out with whatever needs to be done.

Duties:

• Booking in Post
• Dealing with Couriers
• Answering emails
• Matching payments on the system
• Tracking stock on software
• Printing invoices
• Dealing with simply Customer Service queries
• Arranging returns
• Updating contact details
• Using shopify to edit orders
• Adding new products to the website.
• Helping out within the warehouse, picking orders when busy, helping with general ad-hoc duties.

The ideal candidate must have:

• A can-do attitude
• Good IT skills - outlook, word and database experience
• Previous office experience
• Flexible attitude

Possibility of a permanent role.
