Our client based in the centre of Glasgow are looking for a driven, confident and enthusiastic individual to join their growing team.
Responsibilities include:
" Answering incoming calls from customers
" Demonstrating an in depth knowledge of the company's products and services
" Inputting data onto the system
" Ensuring excellent Customer Service is being delivered
" Carrying out any necessary administrative tasks such as responding to emails, scanning and issuing documentation
My client are looking for individuals with previous experience in Customer Service whether it be office based, retail or hospitality.
