Our client, Legal & General, is currently looking for a Customer Service Administratorto support the Home Finance team with processing inbound post and emails, work items as well as processing customer requests.
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates witha keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic - prior experience within admin-based roles is preferred but not essential as full training and support will be provided.

- This is a full-time role (35 hours per week).
- The is a hybrid role based at the L&G office in Solihull. Initial training (approximately 2 weeks) will be office based and once you are able to work independently without support, you can work on a hybrid basis, attending the office at least 2 days per week.
- The start date for this role will be in May.
- This is a temporary position, initially for 26 weeks, with the potential for extension/conversion to permanent role, subject to performance and business requirements. The successful candidate will also have access to the internal vacancies board and will be able to apply for exclusive permanent positions and other temp opportunities not available to the external market.
- Upon successful completion of the full contract, workers will receive a lucrativeretention bonus of 10% of all hours worked.
