Lancashire Lightening Services / TA UV Logistics in Preston are recruiting for an Apprentice Customer Service Administrator. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification which will take approximately 17 months to complete.
Job Duties Include:
•Answering phone calls, taking messages and connecting calls to proper departments
•Following up on clients’ business communications, ordering and billing
•Invoicing clients, using sage 200, collecting company data
•Educating clients about company products and services and how to make a purchase
•Communicating with clients through telephone and emails and building positive relationships with them
•Communicating with clients on technical issues & problem solving
•Liaising with drivers
•Chasing accounts payable.
Requirements:
•Due to the location of the office, please ensure you can travel here or have reliable transport
•Good with numbers
•Friendly and approachable

•Good communicator
•Team working within a small team.
Hours:
Mon - Fri 9:00-5:00pm / 30 mins lunch / 37.5 hours per week.
