Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:

* Check accuracy and update data in orders and customer accounts.

* Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries or chase late deliveries.
* Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
* Use their bespoke software system, IQ, at Intact.
* Stay up to date with new products and features.
* Maintain and build effective and long-lasting customer relations.
* Offer excellent personal and professional Customer Service.
* Resolve queries effectively and efficiently.
