Your new role
As a Customer Support advisor, you will build a strong relationship with customers throughout their subscription review and validation process. In this role you will be reviewing information received from clients, making sure it aligns with standard guidelines and procedures. You will be verifying that the information is accurate, relevant and compliant with the company's policies. You will also make outbound calls to customers to guide them and assist them in case of any issues and/or queries. You will also assist with the general inbound line.

What you\'ll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you will be a flexible and adaptable individual with a strong attention to detail and a passion for Customer Services. You will have experience using systems including Excel and MS Office. You will have a confident and proactive attitude, and you will be comfortable communicating over the phone.
What you\'ll get in return
This position offers a salary up to £25,000 (depending on experience) and a great benefits package including hybrid work (2 days on-site and 3 days at home), a performance related bonus scheme, and 25 days of Annual Leave per annum including 3 days between Christmas and New Year. You will also have access to a contributory pension scheme, paid compassionate leave, free car parking.
