General responsibilities include:
- Being a self-motivated administrator working within our aftercare team.
- Deliver the highest level of Customer Service we offer our customers while striving to reach the KPI’s
- Successfully delivering and advising the product range to the customers within their team structure working with the transport administrator and credit controller responsible for the same area
- Working with their team leader carrying out tasks set to them to the highest ability
Knowledge, experience, and skills:
- Experience utilising Filemaker and Super-Highway (or other CRM sales focused systems)
- Desirable minimum 5 years’ experience in Customer Service
- Logical thinking and a team player with the ability to make decisions make independently
- Attention to detail
- Excellent customer focused communication skills via telephone, email, and internal messaging software
- Ability to multi-task, and ability to cope under pressure
- Ability to work independently and Self-Motivated
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to network and build relationships
- Logical thinking with an aptitude for problem solving
