Customer Service Administrator

Are you looking for a new role in Customer Services? Do you have excellent communication skills and previous administrative experience? Used a CRM, SAP or Oracle previously? Would you like to work Monday to Friday 8.30-5? Then join our international client as a Customer Service Administrator.

The Customer Service Administrator will:

• Liaise with customers via telephone and email
• Review and process incoming orders
• Offer additional or alternative products
• Build customer relationships
• Update the CRM system
• Work as part of a team in a busy environment

The Customer Service Administrator will have:

• Ability to liaise at all levels confidently and clearly
• An excellent telephone manner
• A willingness to learn
• Educated to GCSE or equivalent
• Computer literate - Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
• Previous experience using a CRM system
