Pontem Group are working with one of the UK's leading manufacturer and suppliers of domestic glazing solutions. Our partner is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Adviser to join their successful and expanding team in Corby. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining excellent customer relations and ensuring smooth operations within the department.

Location: Corby
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £20-22,000 p/a (DoE)
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 (including 1 hour break) n

Role Overview: n

The Customer Service Adviser's responsibilities will include: n

n
• Upholding best practices in Customer Service processes, internal procedures, and administration in line with company policies.
n
• Maintaining accurate and updated documentation of all Customer Service processes.
n
• Cultivating strong relationships with both customers and internal teams.
n
• Collaborating with the Customer Service Manager to execute departmental operations efficiently.
n
• Coordinating and communicating changes in delivery schedules to relevant stakeholders.
n
• Approaching process improvements with a positive mindset.
n
• Keeping delivery schedules and production lists current.
n
• Organising remedial actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
n
