SalaryCustomer Service Team Member Reactive Repairs Team We re recruiting an experienced Customer Service Team Member to join a reactive repairs team at our client s company. If you re passionate about providing excellent Customer Service and have the skills needed to become part of this busy team, this could be your role.
Requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner with the ability to clearly explain technical information
- A strong knowledge of IT systems and software with the ability to use customer databases and spreadsheets
- Process–driven with the ability to manage and organise customer queries
- A minimum of two years of Customer Service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for all reactive repairs queries received by phone, email etc.
- Raising work orders for the appropriate contractors and liaising with their teams
- Recording all customer queries and ensuring they re responded to in a timely fashion
- Pulling together various information to use in the following day s works order list
- Updating customer databases with all relevant information
- General administrative duties such as filing, data entry etc.
This position is office–based in Littlehampton
Our week is Monday Thursday 8:45 5:15 with one hour for lunch and Friday 8:45 4:45 again with an hour for lunch (37 hrs).
