The Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction. Your role will involve:

• Efficiently handling customer enquiries and orders with precision and care
• Building strong rapport with customers to guarantee a 100% satisfaction rate
• Managing purchase orders and sample requests seamlessly
• Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services
• Maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system
• Proactively addressing customer concerns, including exchanges and refunds
• Collaborating closely with the Customer Service Manager and the team to achieve corporate targets and uphold service excellence

Required Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with client-focused trends
