About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor youll:
- Get to know our members and support them in finding the right products and services that can provide Real Help With Real Life - whether thats saving for a gap year trip, buying a first home, or anything in between.
- Facilitate great conversations confidently through channel of choice, as you support our members in branch, over the phone and with the operation of their accounts online.
- Forget sales targets, and enjoy the freedom to do whats right.

"The YBS Beverley branch is situated in Saturday Market Place, the heart of this pretty market town. It benefits from fantastic transport links via the train and bus station and is located 27 miles south-east of York city centre and 15 miles north-west of Hull. Theres plenty to see and do, and Beverley has some of the most famous pubs and restaurants in Yorkshire, at a slightly slower pace than youll find in a city. Please Note: This is a FTC until 31st October 2024. We have a full time (35 hrs per week Mon-Fri 9-5) & Part Time (28 hrs per week. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 9am till 5pm) options available.
You may also be required to provide cover and work at other local branches when required.
