Our partner are an industry leading golf technology organisation and they are searching for a new Technical Service advisor to join their existing team.
What’s the package?
£22.5k per annum
25 days AL plus bank holidays

So what’s the role?
As a technical Service Advisor you will support a number of customer facing areas of the business via phone, email and web chat. You'll need to be patient with the ability to support non technical people with technical queries.
You will follow business processes to support things like warranty claims, and record cases on an online system. You’ll need to be pretty organised and record interactions accurately.
You are supported by a team of technicians, but you'll need to be able to learn how to resolve basic queries about the software and hardware.
You’ll need good written communication, whether this be an email response, or the live web chats with customers.
Ultimately, you just need to be of a helpful disposition- dedicated to supporting customers as the face (or web based person) of the business. An interest in golf is helpful, but far from essential.
