Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: GBP11 per hour
Location: Biggleswade
Contract: Temporary to Permanent,
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.00 am - 5.30 pm

We are looking for candidates who enjoy working within a busy Customer Service environment and can deal with several questions and queries at one time.

The Job:
•Dealing with all inbound and outbound communications to customers
•Processing inbound orders
•Communicating with customers via email and online web chat
•General office duties

Skills/Experience Required:
•Previous Customer Service experience
•Computer Literate
•Good written English
•Confident telephone manner
