Customer Service Representative based in Hertfordshire, HP1

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our clients existing Customer Service department. This is a full time, fixed term contract for initially 3 months.
The Role:
- Providing exceptional Customer Service via incoming customer calls and correspondence in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
- Providing advice and guidance to customers in relation to their queries.
- Using the in-house system to log calls as well as process payment and update customer records accurately.
- Work in collaboration with other services, and senior management to ensure that services are joined up appropriately and are aligned to the achievement of the businesses aims and objectives.
- Undertake any follow-up administrative work or system input tasks arising from individual caseload.
The Person
- Previous Customer Service experience ideally within an office or contact centre based environment and or experience within administrative roles
- Confidence in handling customer based calls
- A professional, friendly and personable manner - ensuring to deliver empathy and support to a wide range of customers
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
- IT Literate with the knowledge and ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Good communication skills both verbally and written
