Overview:

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team in Guildford.

You will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding customers across the UK, setting up and configuring their devices, and ensuring their continued satisfaction.

Duties:

• Provide guidance to customers on new software and deliver top-notch Customer Service.
• Perform factory resets on customer devices to ensure optimal performance.
• Install new software onto customer devices, troubleshoot software issues, and ensure connectivity.
• Maintain accurate records of support activities and effectively resolve any customer issues.

Skills/ Experience:

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role
• Familiarity with Mobile Devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets).
• Basic troubleshooting skills for software-related issues.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service and helping others.
