What will you be doing day to day?
• Delivering an excellent level of Customer Service to every one of our customers.
• Ensure we get it right the first time when dealing with our customers.
• Manage incoming calls - dealing with all complaint and queries ensuring we do everything we can to support our customers by allocating them to right colleagues to resolve.
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits set; following up to ensure resolution.
• Monitoring the shared email inbox regularly, responding to all customer queries
• Sharing all office and administration duties as needed.
• Managing customer expectations and problem solving.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
