Monday- Friday. 8am- 5pm

We are currently seeking an Customer Service Advisor to join an industry leading dynamic company! You will be joining the team as a Customer Service Advisor! Our client is seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional Customer Service and thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you are someone who enjoys being hands on and looking to progress your skills then read on!

Duties:

• Being the first point of contact for clients, over the phone and email
• Undertaking reception duties, signing visitors in and going through health and safety
• Managing your own tasks and prioritising your workload
• Keeping customers up to date with orders/deliveries and changes
• Chasing outstanding orders and inputting sales orders
• Communicating with internal teams to complete your daily tasks
• Using different systems to upload documents and complete reports
• General administration tasks as required

Do you have the following:

• Come from a Customer Service office background
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Great communication skills
• Problem solving
• Happy to work as a part of a team and individually
