We have an opportunity for a Part - Time Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service team, based at the Support Centre in Speke, L24.
This is a permanent position, offering 25 hours per week, 5 hours per day, 12pm – 5pm. Occasional Saturday 9-3 and ad hoc Bank Holiday cover with time back in lieu.
As a Customer Service Advisor, You will join a dedicated team who work through various channels communicating with our customers and colleagues to ensure our service is paramount throughout the business.
Key Accountabilities are:
- Answering incoming calls and emails from customers
- Making follow up outbound calls to customers (no cold calling)
- Responding to customers through email, letters and Live Chat
- Where possible, acting as ‘one point of contact’ for our customers
- Acting as a Brand Ambassador for our business when speaking to customers
- Liaising with other departments and suppliers to resolve customers queries
- Attending department meetings to keep up to date with latest business news
- Complete admin and logs in order to support department reporting
Skills/Experience Required are:
- Previous office experience, in a fast paced Customer Service environment
- Experience of using Live Chat
- Experience of using customer support software ticketing systems
- Empathetic in finding the balance between company and customer
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Confident in Conflict Resolution
- Able to communicate in both written and verbal forms
- Computer literate & comfortable with Microsoft packages
- Good initiative to make difficult decisions
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work extra hours and cover Bank Holidays
