Our niche client based in Watford is looking for a new Customer Service Advisor/Administrator to join their team. The company is highly specialised and would suit someone who is wanting to work in an all encompassing position. As the team is small you will get involved in all aspects of the role, speaking to potential clients (inbound only) as well as a host of administrative tasks.
You will have at least basic word and excel skills, an excellent telephone manner and lots of common sense. You will be liaising with people at all levels so confidence and ability to retain information is essential. You will also possess legible handwriting.
The company offer a salary of £22000 - £25,000 depending upon background with the addition of free car parking in this sought after area. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm with an hour for lunch. Holiday are 20 plus 8 bank holiday but increase each completed year to a maximum of 25 working days plus bank holidays.
