Do you have a passion for 3d printing or a keen interest in Technology? Our client is a leading supplier of office supplies globally. They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join their Finglas based team. The Successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the companies' clients and your goal is to help everyone in the best possible way.

The ideal candidate will need the following:

• you have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Agent, preferably in a technical background.
• You have a working knowledge of 3d printers and accessories, and if not, you are ready and willing to learn about everything 3d printing.
• You have an interest in technology, and how things work.
• you can deal with large volumes of customer calls,
• you can ensure all customer emails/queries are replied to in a timely and professional manor,
• you're keen to learn about our brand and how we do things,
• you have very good spoken and written English language skills,
