My client is looking for someone who has telephone Customer Service experience from a call centre environment (this can include working from home in a call centre environment).

Candidates Must be available during the first 12 weeks from the start date.
My client is looking for the following:-
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Work well under pressure
- Objection handling
- Experience handling a high volume of calls
You will need to be numerical too, as you may sometimes be required to solve calculations and provide customers with accurate calculations.
If successful your offer of employment will be subject to references, DBS check, credit check and will need to hold valid right to work documents.
You will be answering incoming calls and some duties will include:
- Transferring calls to the relevant department
- Complaints handling
- Answering any customer queries
- Providing calculations such as remaining balance
As this is a remote position, you should ensure you have a suitable working environment at home, the company will provide a working from home kit including laptop/headset etc. You just need a decent internet speed.
