With a fantastic NEW, PURPOSE BUILT OFFICE we are on the lookout for results driven individuals to join us at a very exciting point of our growth. With an extensive amount of experience and being in a very strong market position, we are looking for a number of Customer Service Agents who will be responsible for contacting existing and new customers to promote our services, products and to create and build on any existing relationships to ultimately gain more orders.
What you'll be doing:
- Contacting existing customers to promote our products and assist with their orders
- Contacting new and potential customers to promote our products and win new business
- Upsell our products to both new and existing customers, ensuring to maximise every possible order with our very wide range of products
- Relationship building - the vast majority of our customers don't just want to place one order with us, we are looking for somebody to come in and build up the relationships with our customers both new and old, being their go-to person for any of their requirements
About You
This role could be a good fit for somebody who has experience in sales, account management, Customer Service, lead generation or maybe you just have a vision for success and are looking for a new challenge.
