My client based in Hartlepool is looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join their team on a temp to perm basis. The role does not offer hybrid working.
Duties of the role include:
- Answering a high level of inbound calls/emails in a busy office environment
- Making outbound calls to confirm deliveries and gain feedback on the customer experience
- Meeting daily KPI’s, including response time and resolution
- Liaising with staff internally at all levels
- Logging data and keeping up to date customer information on the internal database
- Be computer literate to use Microsoft packages and mailing systems
- Experience of working in Customer Service based roles, preferably E-Commerce or business-to-consumer
Salary: £11.50ph
Hours: 40hrs per week, 5 days worked between Mon-Sat
Role: Immediate start, temp to perm for the right candidate
