SalaryLandmarc are a world leading provider of integrated support services to the military, looking for talented and motivated, Customer Services Agents, to join our team, on Salisbury Plain, in Wiltshire.
We are going through an exciting period of change and we are looking for three permanent members of new staff, to join our growing business.
The successful people will be, enthusiastic and have previous Customer Service experience, with a strong working knowledge of administration.
No weekend work and the hours are Monday to Friday starting at 08.30 – based on a 37 hour week, but if this doesn’t suit your personal life, we are happy to consider other options:
- Term time working (take unpaid leave during the school holidays, we will pro rata your payment over the year, so you won’t be without pay!)
- Hybrid working – a mixture of working from home and working in the office
This varied and exciting role will involve by dealing with inbound and outbound calls to users of the Defence Training Estate, whilst upholding the best Customer Service at all times. The role offers excellent career progression into a forward thinking company.
Main Responsibilities- Providing a helpdesk service for the National Training Estate
- Creating work orders
- Answering and managing incoming calls
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Reception cover
- Administration
- Computer literate
- A good level of numeracy and literacy
- Confident at communicating on the phone or by email
- To be able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Good administration skills
- Customer service experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Live within commutable distance of the office
Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
