Talent Guardian is working with a company in the Verwood location looking for additional Customer Service and Returns Administrators to join the growing team! If you excel at resolving returns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling administrative tasks seamlessly, we would love to hear from you!
Customer Servicesand Returns Rockstar Wanted!
Responsibilities:
Handle RMA requests like a pro.
Update customers on RMA status.
Generate customer credit notes.
Assist with delivery inquiries.
Manage insurance claims for lost/damaged parcels.
Collaborate with sales on customer discrepancies.
Tackle general admin duties.
Primarily email-based role (phone lines 2-4pm).
