At Ceramics we are looking for our next Customer Service star to work as an apprentice and gain a qualification as they learn within this dynamic and important role.
The Customer Service Apprentice well be a part of a small but vital team that is responsible for delivering an excellent service to our customers, avoiding errors and building long term relationships built on trust and confidence in our service.

What we're looking for:
We are looking for someone who is interested in gaining industry experience while gaining a qualification in Customer Service.

- IT literacy and the ability to pick up new systems
- Ability to prioritise your work load
- Ambitious to study and learn
What you will be doing:
You will be working closely with the Customer Service team to deliver an outstanding service to our customers, assuring accurate order processing, and timely delivery, resolving any issues in a professional manner.
- Processing customer orders professionally, accurately, and within agreed timescales
- Responding to and resolving customer enquiries in a professional, prompt and efficient manner.
- Supporting the sales with Customer Service related requests
- Support invoice processing
- Liaising internally to assure shipping requirements are met
- Arranging transport
- Managing any service issues
