Responsibilities
• Act as first point of contact for members, offering professional service• Build relationships with members and maintain knowledge of products• Provide information and support to customers, handle enquiries• Carry out branch tasks and investment tasks• Adhere to society's standards and liaise with head office staff• Undertake administrative duties including mortgage administration• Maintain knowledge of branch, investment, and security procedures
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years' experience in customer-facing role with administration duties• IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office• Excellent communication and numeracy skills• Positive attitude to Customer Service, ability to work well in a team• Highly organized and able to work quickly and accurately• Desirable: similar experience in financial services industry
